I used to go here regularly until I changed jobs and so I'm no longer in Hammersmith. The venue is tiny, and so you feel like you are falling over other people if anyone else is waiting. But once in your treatment room its fine. I have had waxing (eyebrow, lip, bikini) done by various different staff and all were lovely, friendly and good at their job. Only wish I had tried some of their other treatments before I left the area!
