Cut was good and what I wanted. However, I’d selected a wash cut and blowdry on the app. When the stylist was on the middle of the blowdry 2 other women were discussing what I’d paid for which felt quite awkward. I had to interrupt and say I’d paid for blowdry and they said that price was for rough dry only. It was only £35 and I wasn’t going anywhere after, but they should be clear about this on the options.
