I loved the result of my brows and how efficient the service was. What could of been better was if the main entrance door was left unlocked, therefore customers will feel more welcomed and that business was open. Overall, good value for great brows, and was worth 15 minutes walk from town centre.

I liked the haircut and the friendliness of the staff- what could be improved on was that although I had booked a haircut in an available appointment, I was still made to wait as the hairdresser was still on her lunch break.
