Got to the shop at 11:55 and it was closed, I had to wait until 12:05 for a staff member to come in and open the shop up.

I thought my experience of my treatments was fine, really. Okay value for money, but felt as though I'd had a better experience elsewhere in the local area. The treatments that were initially quoted at 25 minutes (eyebrow threading, tinting and eyelash tint) took 50 minutes and I felt as though I saw little to no result with the tinting.
Okay and not bad value for money, but I've felt happier with the outcome at other salons for a comparative rate.

Everyone was extremely lovely and I could not be happier with the result. This speaks volumes considering I am a very fussy client with curly hair and rarely find a hairdresser that manages that!! Good value for money as well since the place is way less expensive than others around. Will deffo go again and recommend it!
