The hairs on my legs started growing back after 2 days- hairs must have broken off & not pulled out by the roots. Think it must have been the therapists technique. I’m a therapist myself so know what I’m talking about. It was no better than if I had shaved. Waste of money.

Yes but no... not a bad experience but the quality is not here! Look like I’ve done it myself. The therapist said it was because of my skins, apparently it was too dry. Never had this problem before and I’ve been doing shellac for almost two years so.. ?.. I didn’t had the time to go to my usual beauty salon, well I assume I’ve learnt my lesson! The lady didn’t use shellac products so I will see in few days if the quality is the same. When they show me the colours and I picked one they kind of struggle to find the right one, maybe a lack of organisation. The place is a bit small so I felt a bit pack, the space where they do the feet is laughable, not really a proper one. It wasn’t too warm there which is great according to London’s weather atm. Staff was nice and polite. Really good feet massage.

Great service! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. I enjoyed a cup of tea after I was finished with my treatment. Extremely happy that I found this place. Will be back! ⭐️

The manicure was fine, just really disappointed that 2 of my nails have already chipped after only 2 days. I would expect some sort of refund but unfortunately they have refused. While I appreciate the offer to redo them, I would have to wait almost a week before I’m able to get that done and would much prefer some of my money back. Otherwise they were friendly enough and did my nails quickly and efficiently. Such a shame it didn’t last
