I need to wait about 45 minutes for my eyelash extensions as there were only 2 staffsworking there at that time. This was quite annoying for me. Then, My eyelash extensions only last for 3 days. Very disappointing.

A true hidden gem. Doesn't look much from outside, but very helpful friendly staff who know what they are doing! I am so happy, it's the best colour I've had in a long time and it was so reasonable. I will be telling everyone I know to come here !

Not great. They forgot they had the treatwell app. They don't have a proper place for waxing it was just on a hair salon chair. The lady was forecbly moving my head around. Plus she waxed the top of my eyebrows without asking, which I don't usually do. They look good but the service was very poor.

This is a hidden gem. It is slightly outside the city centre. The staff is helpful and attentitive. The massage was exactly what I needed.
