Everything was great, they were running a bit late but called to inform me instead of making me wait. Absolutely lovely, friendly and very efficient as well as great value for money. Highly recommend.

As my fifth or so visit to this salon but first in a while I was really hoping they may have improved some of the issues flagged previously but unfortunately not. Yet again despite turning up on time for my appointment I was made to wait while 2 walk ins were treated for their nails, with my treatment starting nearly 15 minutes late - why have a booking system if you're not going to actually stick to it?? The pedicure itself was ok although the cuticle removal and file were too rough and the massage barely there. I will not be returning.

Good service, cut and colour. The blow dry could have been more thorough because the stylist was in a hurry as she had the next client waiting. The chair is too close to the sink, which makes washing extremely uncomfortable unless you slide right forward and almost off it.

My beautician was superb. She was extremely polite and friendly and I really felt like she appreciated my custom which is rare these days. She was also very knowledgeable and gave good advice without being pushy.
