Firstly, the appointment started over 20 minutes later than scheduled. The therapist continually left the room to do other things whilst I was left lying there waiting for her to get started.
The therapist appeared to be very unskilled in waxing – the wax was not setting on the skin properly and was very sticky meaning she could not take this off cleanly or properly. This made the waxing experience extremely painful. I get a Hollywood wax every 3 weeks and have never experienced pain like this. She continued to apply wax and take it off in this way until I had to tell her it was too painful and that I needed her to stop. I then suggested a different technique of leaving it on longer and doing smaller areas to make it less painful. I was also very surprised to see that she was double dipping the applicator in the wax as this is very unhygienic.

I don't understand why there's so many negative reviews.. The woman that waxed me was professional and lovely! I came late for my appointment and she worked past the closing hours because she wanted to take her time with the treatment. It was a comfortable environment, she made me feel comfortable and unlike many waxing places I go to.. everything was hygienic.
It was by far the best affordable waxing experience. I recommend.
