4th time i have used this salon, they consistently impress me the treatment was excellent, the staff are attentive and focussed. My brows and facial was one of the best I've ever had.

Had waxing done here and it was great. Really professional, therapist took her time, made me feel comfortable. I have a hormone problem resulting in faster hair growth. The therapist gave me really good advice which i have started to try and can see results from!. For this i felt they deserved a review!

I would have given no stars if I had an option. I visited the place for full legs wax, the lady (who I believe is the owner) was very unwelcoming and made me feel embarrassed a number of times.I have never visited such a unprofessional place in my life. After my waxing session there were still patches where waxing was undone and even after telling the lady she did not remove it neatly as I believe she was unable to see it.
Also the lady was sharing other customers personal life story with me which I found very unprofessional.
I would never recommend this place.

Very unimpressed. Staff were too busy blow drying each other's hair and I was ignored for the first 10 minutes I was in the venue (so the appointment started quite late). Finally, when I had the massage, the masseuse proceeded to rub my skin raw. It was very uncomfortable and she did not seem to have any proper technique. Also, it only lasted 45 minutes when I had booked for 60. She mumbled and abandoned me in the room at one point - I assumed it was to relax, as I had looked at the clock and saw I had plenty of time left. When I realised after 15 minutes she wasn't coming back, I just packed up and left. I was really disappointed as I seemed to be an inconvenience to them, although there was no one in there. I wish I would have said something at the time but I was so surprised by the poor service. It was nowhere near the standard of previous massages I have had. I would not recommend the salon for this service.
