First of all I paid £60 for a CND Shellac Mani & Pedi. What I received is a CND Shellac file and polish.
After receiving only a paint for the mani (I declined the file), the pedicure was going exactly the same way. So I questioned if the pedicure included any sort of "foot/cuticle work", this triggered the set up of a water bath (15 minutes after the "pedicure" had started) followed by some very basic hard skin removal. I feel strongly that if I hadn't challenged the lady, all I would have received would have been a toe nail file and polish as per the manicure, not what I define as a pedicure, especially at £60!
At no point was the lady obstructive or difficult and remained friendly throughout but the service I received was not up to the 5 star standard I expected from the previous Treatwell reviews.

Try the Aromatherapy massage!!
Very friendly small salon with a nice atmosphere. Had a great cut and then stayed and had a massage which was excellent.
Will be returning to this salon.
