Fantastic eyebrow shaping but unfortunately missed a lot and had to go home and tweeze them out.
Manicure took a long time, messy around the edges which I did mention but was told by the lady who was lovely that she thought they looked fine and unfortunately i'm not the sort of person to argue!
Hard sell on every single other treatment they offer which made the experience a little uncomfortable at points as the offers were usually brought up by pointing out my floors!
