This was the worst manicure I've ever gotten.
They took over an hour to do my manicure, which should have only taken half an hour.
Once I arrived, they were confused about my appointment, I don't think they were aware I was coming.
I had also booked one for my mum, and she was sat down in the manicure chair while I was sat on the shellac chair. My mum's manicure was just as bad, but at least they used the nail drying machine with hers.
First of all, she took 10 minutes faffing around, asking me which colour I would like (a choice of 15 colours in total), and then started to paint my nails.
When she was checking if they were dry (after asking me to blow on them as the drying machine was preoccupied), she poked my nails with her finger to check, which then smudged some of the colour.
She had to layer one of my nails with 4 coats of colour, which has now completely chipped off due to the density of it on my nail.
The filing was fine, but my cuticles weren't cared for at all or even given any oil or ointment.
Would definitely not recommend this place at all.
I have paid the same amount for manicure's elsewhere with much better results and care.

Had a full on pamper day with my mum during this Easter break. We always go to other salons in Kingston but we thought we'd try something new, seeing as we have heard so much about this salon - we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Everything was tip top! Had our haircuts and highlights, manicure and pedicure and mum had a facial and full body massage! The therapists were brilliant and so professional. Honestly, this was money well spent! So happy with everything. Great salon. great service and prices and it looks so lush and classy, I award you 5 stars and we will definitely be returning!!!

If you get a whole head color service you get free haircut! My hair looks and feels great and i got a few extra quid to my self so i used it on a manicure, which was also 10/10
