Kept me waiting 20 mins despite asking me to arrive an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment, no drink offered until my hair was finally about to be done. They wanted to charge extra to curl the hair a bit, I refused. Blow dry satisfactory. Nice people, but all a bit slow.

Poor venue and poor treatment. Used the same stick to dip in wax throughout the treatment. Not hygienic!! I would not recommend it.

The ladies there are really lovely and kind. I would recommend not booking through this app as, i did and then when i went into the salon, i had got told that there are other people who need to be seen before me and that this app clashes with their diary. My appointment was booked for 4:05pm and I had been taken in at 5:30pm. I had been advised to book via the salon directly and not this app.
However, the salon has good prices and lovely staff.
