There wasn't much of an ambience, very bright lights, it looked quite dated, no drink offered, uncomfortable seat when having hair washed. Customer service wasn't great. Only saving grace was that the last Pavi was very friendly and listened to what I wanted, she did a good job of the haircut and she acted professionally.

She didn't take long to do my eyebrows and she was gentle. It didn't hurt as much as usual and she did them very nicely too!
