Positive: It actually works. Really incredible facial -- could definitely see the difference in pictures two days later. I don't wear makeup, so what you see is what you get, and my skin looked smooth, firm and definitely tighter along the jaw line. So it's premium price, but premium result. Downsides: You're just lying flat on a table with the lights on for the duration, no cushion or other spa-feel comforts. The facialist also wanted to talk throughout, which is hard with stuff on your face
