Very inviting and Gillian was so nice and welcoming put me at ease told me about the treatment and asked if I was okay with the pressure of the scub and the oils then had a lovely relaxing facial felt great and to top it off she massaged my neck and top of my back and shoulders left feeling so pampered would go back again thanks Gillian
