This was my first wax here but I won't be back. Gillian was lovely and welcoming but my being heavily pregnant seemed to be problematic for her. I understand this causes limitations, but I feel more could have been done to offer the best result. Despite hot wax being available, strip wax was used for the entire process, which resulted in a lot of pain and hair being left. It's well known that hot wax is less painful and better suited for intimate waxing so I don't understand why it wasn't used.

From walking into the salon, till I left I felt at ease. Gillian was lovely she made me feel very relaxed ,explaining my treatment and what we would be doing. I really felt she gave me her full attention, she is very experienced and caring. I left feeling very happy and relaxed. I will return without hesitation. I loved the personal touch.

Great treatment by Gillian. She recommended a different treatment to what I booked but this was necessary due to the changes to my skin. Gillian is so knowledgeable and my skin feels better than it has in a long time. I plan to make my treatment a regular thing.
