Was happy with my nails and with whole experience. Gillian was very careful with hygiene which was reassuring. She showed good knowledge and was careful with my nails. She was very friendly and chatty, making my manicure a pleasant, relaxing treat.

lady who did the make-up was lovely however she shouldn't offer services for make up. all I wanted was good coverage and false lashes on. not sure I even had any foundation on my face, felt and looked like powder. tide mark right along my jaw with no attempt to blend it in. blusher was also on jawline, the lashes were so big they were sitting on my eyebrows. had to leave promptly before I started crying. asked to cover 1spot and was left with white mark on my face. took it off when I got home!!

This was my first wax here but I won't be back. Gillian was lovely and welcoming but my being heavily pregnant seemed to be problematic for her. I understand this causes limitations, but I feel more could have been done to offer the best result. Despite hot wax being available, strip wax was used for the entire process, which resulted in a lot of pain and hair being left. It's well known that hot wax is less painful and better suited for intimate waxing so I don't understand why it wasn't used.

From walking into the salon, till I left I felt at ease. Gillian was lovely she made me feel very relaxed ,explaining my treatment and what we would be doing. I really felt she gave me her full attention, she is very experienced and caring. I left feeling very happy and relaxed. I will return without hesitation. I loved the personal touch.
