Nice place and a lovely therapist, but my appointment was 20 minutes late, as prior treatment was running behind. The therapist was apologetic, but the client in before me was chatting away afterwards with no sense of urgency! No redness or swelling afterwards, but woke up this morning to find I still have quite a few stray hairs!
