Liz was lovely but there was still a lot of hair which she didn't take off. I asked for a Hollywood but she didn't remove any hair from my back saying she didn't see anything but I definitely felt there was hair there. As a more high end wax place, I expected better and I'm really gutted that when I got home, I still had so much to pluck myself

Liz is lovely, really bubbly, chatty and interesting - however my wax wasn’t great. I hadn’t had a wax in a while so was expecting it to be a bit uncomfortable - not as bad as it was though. My Brazilian is completely off centre, with random tufts of hair left. I was covered in wax, and had to cut wax out my remaining hair when I got home. Also large sections of hair missed on my thighs during half-leg wax. My entire treatment only lasted 20mins. Maybe an off day but won’t be returning.
