Lots of hairs leftover unfortunately - staff were lovely and the setting nice, but sadly like previous reviews the wax itself was disappointing, lots of hairs leftover, noticeable at the time even though I asked her to go over certain areas again, and now a week later even more noticeable. It's a shame as I would have liked to go back but not a thorough wax
