The room is a bit untidy and dated. Not somewhere you can relax and enjoy a pamper.

Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
For the first time since going to jasminolivia I cannot give 5 stars. The actual treatment was great: hot stones back, face and scalp massage: very good as always.
However, this time it was a 2 for 1 for me and my mum. So my mum's first time there. We arrived about 11 for 11.10am appointment, were offered a drink but declined because we expected to be seen in 10 mins. Mum given a form to fill in. We were eventually seen at 11.30am. no apologies for the lateness. The therapist made herself scarce for the 20 mins overdue time. My mum ended up with a headache because the waiting area is very bright. The gym receptionist got her a glass of water as there was no water fountain and no therapist to ask for a glass.
When in the room, mum's personal details form was left in the waiting area, I brought that I to the room for the therapist who had ignored it.
Mum's therapist then told her to get onto massage table/bed etc as normal and we were left in room. The massage table came up to my mum's middle back as she is a little lady. No stool/step was provided or bed lowered so when ready I helped my 70 year old mum to climb onto the table.
Then we had a great massage: my therapist Carly I've had before so she what I needed, and my mum was happy with Katrina for her massage - good pressure used.
At end of massage I got up and passed mum her water and then helped her climb down.
I was surprised by the lack of thought for a new person using the spa. Every new customer is a potential repeat customer surely?
I will go again as Carly and Jasmin are very good massage therapists and know my tense areas. We'll see if my mum goes again. If she does go without me I hope they help her onto the massage table!
