It was ok. Nothing that made me go WOW. A shame you can hear everything outside the room during the massage didn’t fully relax. The lady left at the end and I didn’t see anybody on my way out. You need to pay for parking too ontop of the massage cost.

I booked in to have my hair done for a wedding and was corresponding through email as I live abroad. I was asked what I wanted done and could I send on pictures. I sent three pictures in and paid my deposit the day that I arrived. On the day I was booked in for 11. I was brought downstairs to a little salon where there were no mirrors so I couldn’t see what the girl was doing to my hair. I was having a style that requires rollers, or curling tongs. Neither were used because they couldn’t find any so I ended up having straighteners used. I asked the girl several times if she knew the style to do and she said she did. But I knew by the way she was doing my hair it wasn’t right. An hour and twenty mins later it was finally done. I had to wait until I got into the lift to see my hair style. She asked me if I liked it and I said it’s grand but it absolutely nothing like what I asked for. I paid another 30 pounds and they knocked off a fiver because I was unhappy with the results. I paid 35 in total for a completely different style that did not go with my dress atal and was just a mess after a couple of hours. Had I known that that was what I was gonna end up with I would have done my own hair.
Shocking price, bad results and very unorganised. I have pictures to what I asked for and my final result. It’s laughable at how completely different it came out.
