My nails were not to my liking, they felt rough, we’re not cleaned after filing before putting varnish on, so left a bumpy look and feel, and the French polish tips were very large at the end of my nail and the lines were not neat, with no French polish overcoat. I took them off once I got home, as they were not what I wanted and would not be returning, I felt the staff member did not listen to what I asked for. However my friend had a different member of staff, and hers looked lovely.
