All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Excellent back massage and facial; very relaxing and the products smelled beautiful. The only downside was the room backed onto the changing rooms and there was a constant noise of what sounded like a water tank or something to do with showers perhaps in the changing rooms. However, this hasn't put me off completely as the staff were lovely and the treatments were great value for money; I've booked to go again next month!
Swedish Massage
The massage itself was really good however I paid for a couples massage which said it included a scalp massage and a foot massage which we both didn't receive during the massage.
I understand they were running behind which we didn't mind as the kind lady informed us straight away, however the massage didn't start until 11:50 and we were back in our car at 12:45 meaning we didn't get to experience the full hour massage as advised on the advert. I believe the getting changed at the beginning and end shouldn't be included in the hour massage.
