Even so, they were happy to accommodate me and I booked via phone with Jasmin. She was really lovely and after having being messed around by another spa, I felt very happy and relaxed with my booking.
The staff I spoke to were all friendly and smiley. I had booked access to the pool and facilities as well, which would have been a lot better if it had not been half-term. The only negative about my experience was that when booking I was told I would have a consultation upon arrival, describing the various massages and which one I would like. Jasmin recommended the hot stone one which I was particularly keen to try. However, the 2 girls who treated us did not ask us anything of the sort and our treatments began without consultation. In fact I didn't even know I had had a Swedish massage until I got the email asking to write a review! I was disappointed but nonetheless have still rated it 4 stars.
