Greeted by friendly staff and was quickly seen. The lady doing the treatment was very friendly. Overall a great first experience.

Lovely welcome with a hot coffee and friendly staff. The treatment was excellent, very relaxing. There was some noise from outside the treatment room as the reception is outside. Maybe louder relaxation music or soundproofing could help with this. Would highly recommend, thank you for a lovely treatment.
