The staff were very friendly, I didn't have to wait long for my treatment, which was very good and quick to finish. I was happy with the results and would recommend. I shall be using them again.
Men's Waxing
The actual treatment room was lovely as were the staff. The massage and facial were very good. There was no ambience at all in the reception area with trolleys in the way as the drinks machine was filled up (in the middle of the afternoon?!) the staff were shouting across the area to one another for various reasons. The drink was a cheap Lambrini type drink which was served warm. (Yuk!) The girls just need more training- they were very nice but hadn't a clue how to run the reception area. Far too casual and sloppy.

Staff were all very pleasant. Venue is a bit tired but overall a pleasant afternoon.

I had a lovely relaxing afternoon at the spa. Would definitely recommend it. The only qualm I had was I wasn't impressed with the paper cups that your coffee comes in. Felt that let the quality down slightly. But overall experience was great.
