it was my first visit to Jasmin Olivia and it will definitely not be my last. i am sure that all the people that work there are brilliant at there job but i had Charlotte J on the day and would happily book her for other appointments when i return. I did turn up very early as I was first treatment of the day and got a taxi early to assure I wasn't late, but as soon as everything was ready for me I got a very friendly welcome. I received the frangipani body scrub with slimming body wrap. I have never been so relaxed,the body scrub it's self was the perfect start to the relaxing, and once that was done and I was wrapped up and lying down I am 99% sure I nodded off as I was so relaxed. I am normally body conscious as I am a mum of 4 so my body has seen better days, but I was made to feel so comfortable that I didn't worry about that. I very much look forward to coming back again. thank you very much

This is the second time I have visited for an eyebrow wax and the second time I have been kept waiting for my appointment by 10 minutes or more on the first occasion. I booked the wax during my lunch break so I didn’t want to be kept waiting. The room was cold and full of clutter.
