Lovely welcome with a hot coffee and friendly staff. The treatment was excellent, very relaxing. There was some noise from outside the treatment room as the reception is outside. Maybe louder relaxation music or soundproofing could help with this. Would highly recommend, thank you for a lovely treatment.

Not clearly signposted, have pay for parking. Have to book in then go lift to treatment room. Conversation other staff member was having with client which was obviously a person friend I found parts inappropriate and childish. Very stressful rather than relaxing
