I arrived early for my appointment, and another client was outside who said they had already buzzed the salon, so I didn’t re-buzz as assumed you were busy with a client. I received a call where I was made to feel silly for not buzzing, then after receiving my patch test and while I was still obviously in ear-shot, you started to talk to your other client about how I was late and making me sound like an idiot. Very unprofessional, and made me feel really unwelcome.

Nobody can compare to Ailsa’s quality of manicure. She is efficient and it’s to the highest standards, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Ailsa did a great job of my nails at short notice of booking. She was so friendly and welcoming and the Beauty Hive was lovely and clean. Will definitely be back!
