The wax was okay and mostly painless, however the waxing room was very unclean with used wax all over the floor, makeup on the pillow, and the tweezers used on me had someone else's hair on them! The wax was double dipped into using a seemingly old spatula. The people who worked there were very friendly however the cleanliness really let the experience down.

My first visit at The Beauty and Hollistic Lounge and it couldnt have gone better! definitely the salon ill be going from now on. The ladies were super friendly and Kirsty did an amazing job with my nails . Definitely recommend them!

Great place with a fab atmosphere. Karen is so friendly & amazing at what she does. Best wax I've ever had- wouldn't go anywhere else now.
