Specifically booked with Karen for wax after reading reviews about how good she is but she was with somebody else when I got there,Lisa did my wax and was lovely but left so much hair behind. Ive had to go and buy my own wax strips to do it all again

French manicure was terrible, different nails length, smile line on manicure was not straight, shape of the nail wasn't what I asked and absolute disaster, I would never ever go back. Waste of money.

Disappointed with Gels cuticles not cut back enough and nails not shaped the was you would expect. Looked untidy as if I'd done them myself.
