The technician was pleasant. The pedicure smudged completely after I had left, the technician had said it was fine for me to put shoes on. I emailed about this and was promised a refund. After many many emails chasing this up I still haven't received a refund or a reply. I found the place to be dirty, the floor had clearly not been hoovered or mopped in a while. Do not use the toilets! The toilet itself was filthy and there was fake tan everywhere.
