I am very happy with my eyelash extensions. The therapist who did my treatment was really lovely and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I will definitely be going back, and I would recommend this treatment to other people.

The receptionist was clearly unhappy in her job, moaning about having to answer the phone & saying how much she’d like to leave. I’d made my booking via the treatwell website & secured the booking with my credit card, however the receptionist said their system wasn’t live with Champneys so my booking wasn’t shown on their system. Although I showed her the booking on my phone she asked me the same questions at least 3 times; had I paid? What was my name? What treatment did I want?......to the point where if I hadn’t already paid I would have left. All this was done quite loudly & so was not the pleasurable experience I had expected. They booked me in half an hour after my original planned booking which was fine & the actual head massage was lovely, but by this time it’d kind of lost its magic.
