Sadly my experience wasn't great. The therapist was over 10 minutes late and the ladies wax wasn't thorough. The therapist was clearly annoyed when I said she'd missed a few areas and could she please go over some. I had told her before the wax started that I often had hairs missed because they were pale, and offered to show her, but even after she had plucked a few more out I had to go home & go over a few areas myself.
The manicure & pedicure weren't that. They were just painting of nails. It was gel, but the manicure took too long and didn't even last 2 days before peeling off & leaving my nails in a horrible state.

Absolutely brilliant! As always the staff were attentive and listened to your needs to ensure the massage was the way I wanted it.
