The whole experience from booking to treatment was very positive and satisfactory. The staff at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Louise who performed the treatment was extremely professional. She was sensitive to my individual needs, polite and very competent.Louise took the time to explain the procedure which was very reassuring, especially as this was the first time I was having this particular treatment.
The ambiance of the Spa was lovely and appeared clean and newly decorated.
