Really quick and efficient which was great! Have had my brows done there before and absolutely loved them! Just on this occasion a lot of strays round the edge were left and the shape wasn't completely finished. I've had to do a lot of licking to get them to where I'd like them which is a bit annoying after paying £14.
But normally they're amazing and I couldn't fault them
