This place was clean and inviting. The lady that did my nails was very welcoming and my nails were lovely. Would go again.

The facial itself was fine. I liked the treatment. I have been to facials at different salons and I know what good customer service is. Once in the room, the therapist asked me just a few questions and went out for me to change. The room floor was not clean it had sticky substance on some parts and was wet. During the therapy she did not mention what she will be using or applying. Once the treatment was over she did not offer a glass of water or even show me a mirror. Once out of the room i saw my fave had all the product residue left over which I had to clean myself. This was her job to makesure she had taken off all the mask.
At the end she quickly handed me the recommended products guide and I left. Overall, I was disappointed and will not be returning here.

I reached about 10 minutes late owing to traffic, the therapist was on the phone and attended me about 3 minutes after. I was then taken to the treatment room and I was told that since I am 15 minutes late, I have two options: Get an alternate facial or get a shortened version of the facial. I opted for the option # 2. Facial finally started and finished in 34 minutes.
The therapist at the end offered me a glass of water in a rush and asked me if I am interested in buying a product. I politely said no and that was it. Not overall impressed!!
