The facial was really good. Very relaxing.The pedicure was express so quick. I had asked for an additional full arm waxing treatment as well and that I thought was a bit of a disaster. I realised patches weren't clear and my skin being sensitive was a little burnt (heat scalded) in places. The irritation lasted a day. So unhappy about that.

It was a great massage, one of the best I've had at a spa.
Although just as a suggestion, the music was a combination of various short relaxing songs so it was noticeable when one song stopped, and the next one started. So it would have been more relaxing if the songs just continued. But that's only minor, and I had a great experience!
