Standard of service (in terms of friendliness, professionalism and experience) really depends on which staff member you get - this time I wasn't so lucky.

Great manicure, friendly staff, close to home. Made me feel like a princess for an afternoon. Quality of work very satisfactory
I had booked myself a one hour massage at their St.Albans spa. Ten minutes into my treatment I was still waiting (without anyone maybe offering some water). The therapist then came to fetch me into a room which I certainly wouldn't describe as luxury. I was then asked to fill in a form,. Could have easily filled that in in the time I waited already as this was all going off my treatment time. Long story short the massage was far from relaxing, therapist started to chat and she finished on time so ended up having a 40 minute treatment instead of an hour. I then had 30 seconds to change until she came in again preparing the room for the next client while I was still changing and sorting my oily hair out (she didn't bother washing her hands before my head massage). Would NOT recommend.
Friendly & welcoming staff. Nice, clean facilities, convenient locale. Professional service. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. Prices good too.
