I have been there before and it is convenient, central and pleasant. They called me in the morning to change the time of the appointment which was fine but I did feel a bit rushed. Also the staff didn't realise the booking was through Treatwell and asked me to pay, I showed them the receipt on my phone so it was all fine. Interestingly the Treatwell price was the same as the normal price......

My appointment was cancelled by email, which I didn't get. No one tried calling me to let me know. I ended up having to wait for extra 1.5hrs for new appointment which was 10 mins late.
The appointment itself was very quick. 20 mins tops. No soak, no cuticle cut. I felt like it was rushed.
I didn't think the colour palate was extensive enough. Really wanted a pastel colour but not much to choose from.
The technician was very nice though and the place was relaxing.

Polish from mani pedi came off almost immediately. Big toenails were smudged and manicure chipped. Mani looked like I’d done it myself. Believe too much polish used
