The salon contacted me to say that I can’t come the time I booked- with no apologies and just gave me different time slots to choose from. I told them I wanted to come a specific time hence choosing them, but they didn’t even apologised, it was my problem. When I arrived my therapist immediately told me what my therapy does not include and all the limitations of it - a full face wax only goes up to here and here exactly. I left with a sticky face and realised my hair was sticking to my face everywhere. Having felt to awkward to go back so they could fix it (the people at reception seemed very unfriendly), i popped into the Clarence counter at boots so she could help me remove the wax from my face. The lady there was so shocked that they sent me out like this, she said I should definitely write in to complain. I don’t think they would care judging by the way they delt with double booking me.

Excellent spray tan. Love the way the therapist ensured I moisturised dry areas to ensure an even tan. Also explained after care thoroughly which I appreciated. There were building works at the site at the time which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable when I was undressing but apart from that it was an excellent service and experience. This is my second spray tan with champneys and I will will definitely go back.
