I've had a few facials before but this one made those feel like they weren't the "real deal" - Giulianna made me feel like she was working closely on every individual pore on my face. Added to that was the incredibly comfortable bed and the amazing massage. She also didn't try to upsell me and convince me I needed more treatments, which I appreciated. 5 stars, and I'll be back

I am totally obsessed with the 24 carat gold facial - can’t recommend highly enough. The whole experience is brilliant, you get a cleanse, facial, massage, you name it! Giulianna is a total angel.
