Can't fault any of the staff or the results I would highly recommend them hair cut and colour were first class even though they knew I would be unlikely to be back as I was just visiting the area

Couldn't be happier with my hair colour. Thank you Anna for taking the time to find out what I wanted (even if I couldn't actually describe it!) I felt really looked after, particularly liked the massage chairs and head massage when having my hair washed. Im thrilled with my highlights, I feel younger and like I've got my spark back. Thank you.

staff were lovely and very welcoming and friendly, made to feel very relaxed. Spa was very clean and i had the best time, i will be going back.

I was surprised at the size of the venue and the number of services it offers. I like the fact that it offers services on a Sunday as I don’t have the time to access them during the week. Good value for money and pleased with the service. Would use again.
