Customer service was poor.. opportunities to promote their products and services was ignored the therapist was polite but inconsistent with her massage techniques (requires re training). Watching staff do each other’s nails was very unprofessional. Not offered refreshment nor magazine whilst I waited. Suggest owner visits other spas or retrains staff. Asked to see spa but nothing came of it.

I went with a friend on the pamper half day spa package and it was so wonderful! We were treated like royalty from start to finish, the space is huge in general and all the facilities were incredible! I have had a lot of facials and it was by far one of the best. Will definitely be coming back :)
