Third Hollywood with Natasha. I was put at ease and she talked me through what she was doing every step of the way. She is really easy to get along with and feels like chatting to a friend, which helps distract from any pain during waxing (which she keeps to a minimum due to her extensive experience). Skilled, easy-going & non-judgemental - would recommend especially if it’s your first wax and feeling apprehensive!
