Barbara was lovely and did a great massage.
My only suggestion for improvement is the room/ ambience - the room feels a bit like a closet (everything squished in), the lights were on for the duration and were super bright and harsh, and music was played through an iphone. A bit basic, but overall didn't impact on the quality of the massage. I was a bit worried the noise from the hair salon next door would be disturbing, but the music drowned out any noise really well.
