First time getting a brow lamination and right before I'm due to be a bridesmaid. I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out as I have seen horror pictures. Linzi listened to my concerns and really understood what I was hoping for. The result was perfect, natural and well maintained looking.

I had to wait a little for the treatment, it started a little bit late. I thought the atmosphere was a bit awkward. My lashes and brows didn't turn out exactly as I wanted them to be - lashes were lifted in the middle not at the base and lots of brows didn't laminate and had weird curls in them, despite brushing and using serums.
