This was my first time at The Beauty Lounge. I really enjoyed the massage, I'd definitely go back there. The staff were good, it was tidy and the prices are fair.

I had my first hollywood wax with Ilona today. She was amazing! Made me feel very at ease even though it was my first time, friendly and professional. I was booked in for a hollywood + underarm wax but my underarm hair wasn't long enough to be waxed so she gave me a voucher to get it done next time for free. That was a very nice gesture. The pain was far better than I had anticipated which is always good. I will definitely return.
