I booked the £24 wash and cut on the basis that Wahanda was a trusted site. On my visit to the salon I was greeted by staff who lead me straight to the sink after taking my jacket. There was no consultation to look at my hair in its natural state before washing, or what I wanted from the experience. I have naturally very curly hair so it is even more important to view the hair before it is washed.
After my hair was washed the staff whose english is very limited was very hesitant to cut my hair and kept asking me for assurance. I was very nervous throughout the entire process and wanted to leave immediately but felt I could not as the y had already taken my money.
I would definitely NOT recommend this salon. Quite possibly the worst hair dressing experience I have had to date.

This is my second visit and i absolutely love the attention to detail that goes into the pedicure's. I would defiantly return and recommend this place to all my friends. I've already had so many compliments on my Christmas feet. Thank you again and the staff were so friendly and made me feel very relaxed. I can't praise this place enough!!!
Very cozy and stylish salon with well managed and polite staff. Have to admit that I am a costumer who very hard to satisfied but was very pleased with my hairdressing and definitely can reassure that hairdresser is a master of her field!!!!
Have to highlight that that beautician service has been approved 100% (had a hot waxing session.PAINLESS!!!!)very happy with results.Thank you!
In conclusion I have to say that this salon has all facilities and services to maintain our beauty and make as happy.Will definitely come back and would recommend it to my all fiends.
I really love this salon. The beauticians were fantastic! The waxing was virtually painless the actual wax was top quality wax as used on the full body wax. The beautian was tactful, skilled waxer and had extensive knowledge about various questions I asked about treatments. I was very happy I couldn't recommend this place enough. I'm very happy and will be going back xxx

I paid for a full head of highlights the hairdresser was happy to spend a long time on my hair to get it lightened from very dark hair with red pigment good value for money and I was offered tea coffee biscuits chocolate and wine great! I paid £60 I have long dark hair and although I would have liked to have had my hair with a bit more of a range of highlights I should have taken more photos to make that clear not a fault of the hairdresser
