The best wax I have had in my 6 years in London. Quick and painless (or, as painless as a Hollywood can be!), and Ilona is truly the sweetest and most accommodating beautician I have come across. Highly recommended - I will be back. Thank you!

This place was brilliant, felt extremely comfortable as soon as I was shown into private room for my wax, the beautician was brilliant we easily talked for the whole time so I didn't feel embarrassed. it was very relaxing and I know I have found my new regular waxing place!
i've already visited this amazing The Beauty Lounge four times since October , for waxing and my nails and i will be definitely going back!I am very happy with the results and Ilona is a sweetheart!What i like about this salon that not only the staff are top notch but they don't treat you like a customer but as a friend! Love you!!!!!
The IPL was good for me, nothing bad happened to my skin. The technician Miss Ilona is one of the staff I have encountered in the service industry. She had a ready smile, explained every step before doing it, conversation with her was easy and non-intrusive and she was gentle in doing the treatment. The only disappointment was that the IPL machine was erratic and would sometimes refuse to zap some areas of the skin on the first tries. Even so, Ilona worked hard to operate the machine and made sure not to miss a spot so you just have to be patient. If you think she missed something and would like to have an area zapped once more, she would generously oblige. I think I will opt for a package soon as it would be considerably cheaper and the service is quite good.

What a lovely salong, I have had my nailes done and a hair treatment and have walked away very happy and satisfied oon both occasions. Extremely clean and amazing treatments. Definitely will be returning.
