The staff were really friendly - I was given coffee and chocolates on arrival! The treatment was very thorough and lasted a good 2 weeks. I had perfect nails for the holiday season! I'd definitely go back.

I've been going to The Beauty Lounge E11 since it opened and since then I have left the various beauticians and nail techs I used to go to and do all my treatments there. I absolutely LOVE the salon, staff and treatments offered and never leave disappointed!! I have had the oxygen facial (which I love and need to have again) and get my nails done there every other week. They are hands down the best manicures I have ever had and I've had a lot in my time! Today I had a Gel pedicure and I can't stop staring at my feet! I am always SO well looked after when I go there and feel right at home. I could go on and on about The beauty lounge E11 and could not recommend it more! Go there and you'll leave feeling like a brand new girl! :)
This lady is the best beautician I have ever encountered. Her skills are phenomenal. She takes a year off every time I see her. My skin is glowing and the treatment is a pleasure.

I'd booked for Saturday but was late for the appointment as I couldn't follow the map - it is a good ten minute walk from Leytonstone station, closer to Leytonstone High Road overground station. Anyway, my fault, but they couldn't have been nicer about it, and rebooked me for the next day with smiles. They were super friendly and I was offered a drink as I sat down. Henrietta was the most gentle hairdresser I have ever had, with the hairwash (I had the hairmask too, it was lovely) and the cut & blowdry - I nearly fell asleep. Tip: do have a good idea of what you'd like before you go, as they are very much guided by you - if this is your preference, then it's perfect. The salon is clean and tidy, and although they seem to be popular I don't think you'd ever have a problem getting an appointment at a time that suited you. The prices were extremely reasonable, and I will be returning. Thank you!
